By using NA Drink Guide (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Using the app

You must be at least 13 years old to use NA Drink Guide. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your content

When you submit a review, photo, or product to NA Drink Guide, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. You retain ownership of what you create.

You’re responsible for the content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that it’s accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share any photos you upload, and that it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.

What’s not allowed

• Fake reviews or reviews you were paid or incentivized to write
• Reviews of products you haven’t actually tried
• Spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Impersonating other people or brands
• Attempting to manipulate or game the catalog

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so.

The catalog

We do our best to keep the catalog accurate, but we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of product information, ratings, or reviews. Don’t make health or dietary decisions based solely on information in the app.

Intellectual property

NA Drink Guide, its logo, and its original content are our property. Product names, brand names, and images belong to their respective owners. We’re not affiliated with any of the brands in the catalog.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or that the catalog will be complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll note the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
